Lowertown Sounds is a free, independent community concert series presented by Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union and produced by Clint Roberts (One Simple Plan), featuring live, local music plus food trucks and local beer and wine, all in St. Paul’s Mears Park on Thursday summer nights.
